Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant

Status: Full/Part Time

Patient Services Representative

Status: Full/Part Time

This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative skills, loves helping people, and wants to grow professionally. Administrative duties include providing the highest level of customer service, greeting and scheduling patients, answering phone calls, and many other administrative tasks. This position lends to opportunities for advancement.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual
  • Experience with administrative duties

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills
  • Must have a great eye for detail

Marketing Representative

Public Relations/Marketing
Status: Full/Part Time

Our Marketing Rep is responsible for making Diamond Physical Therapy well known and well thought of by doctors and the community at large. This means building relationships with physicians and their staff, discovering and tracking potential referral sources and positively representing Diamond in the community by attending community events and developing relationships with community leaders.

Our Marketing Representative spends a significant amount of time out of the office developing relationships and connecting with physicians’ offices and the community. You must be someone who enjoys being ‘out there’, building relationships, and constantly meeting new people.

It is essential you are interested in learning and developing new skills in marketing and promotions. This position lends to opportunities for advancement.

Physical Therapy Aide

Status: Full/Part Time

As an aide you play an essential role in the care we provide for our patients. The primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greet patients and help them begin each treatment session
  • Assist physical therapists in setting up patients on modalities (ice & stim, ultrasound)
  • Help clean tables and equipment after patient use
  • Most importantly, caring for each patient in a professional manner in various aspects of their rehabilitation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Caring, energetic, positive, friendly, enthusiastic applicant
  • Loves to help people and is passionate about the field of physical therapy
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have a strong ability to multi-task
  • Experience as a physical therapy aide or related experience is preferred but not required. We provide specific training for the right candidate.

 

Medical records and Billing Agent

Status: Full/Part Time

This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative skills, loves helping people, and wants to grow professionally. Duties include providing the highest level of customer service, direct involvement in all aspect of insurance billing from charges, claims submission to primary and secondary payors, posting of payments. Also all aspects of patient billing and collections including sending patient statements and various other administrative tasks. This position lends to opportunities for advancement.
