I am very active and work out often. Then my hip pain got out of control during elliptical training. I could not get that pain under control. A knee injury was the start of the problem which caused the hip muscles to get overworked. After physical therapy on the knee problem, my knee has really improved. My hip is almost there. I am able to get back to elliptical, but not quite as much as I used to yet. I have the tools now to continue strengthening to keep the muscle tightening alleviated. Andrea and Alecia have been fantastic in understanding my issues and came up with fantastic treatment plan.
