I am amazed at how much better I am feeling!

“I had pain in my neck, back, groin, down my legs, and especially my thighs and ITB areas. I had some numbness in my legs and tingling in my feet. The stretching exercises have greatly reduced the pain all over. My neck is fine and my right arm feels great. The spasms in my back, ITB area pain and groin are all so much better! (Love the rolling pin). Lift in my right shoe seems to help my walking, which has also improved. Love the gentle, yoga like, exercises!”
