“Before I started physical therapy, I could not run or walk without severe pain in my lower back and upper glute area. Three months later and after many sessions of physical therapy, I am able to run with minimal to no pain and walk with no pain at all. As a matter of fact, I was able to run a half marathon only after five sessions with minimal pain. If I run at a pace of 5mph, I experience no pain. The pain does sometimes return the faster I run. However, I do see much improvement!”
