I am back to Cross Fit!
“I could not move my arm at all. Everything hurt, even walking. I was using a sling so that I wouldn’t bump my arm while walking. Now, I am back to cross fit, working out 3 days a week! I can do push-ups, wall balls, and 1 pull-up. I don’t have any pain doing my household activities. I am cautiously returning to lifting weights over my head now!”
