Triathlon Training Continued….
” I am training for my first triathlon and was having trouble with my right knee, as well as, my hips. My hips have been giving me trouble for at least 3 years. After several visits, Alecia discovered that the problem was actually in my lower back. Since increasing flexibility and motion in my low back my hip pain is greatly reduced. I also have less pain and stiffness in my knee, since she helped me find ways of strengthening and stretching others supporting ligaments and muscles. I sleep better and have so much less pain day to day and better workouts for my triathlon!”
