"Prior to Physical Therapy, running and walking had become a very difficult task, so much so that I had to stop running.  I am a physically active person so this was upsetting.  My right foot and right leg pain became unbearable.  I realized the way I was running was not the safest for my body.  I was shown the proper mechanics of running, many exercises and stretches that have not only corrected my right leg / foot issues, but also improved my overall body functioning / composition.  I look forward to running again and of course practicing my dynamic stretches before and my static stretches after running.  Thanks for giving me my health back!"  Dawn Herbig
