My job requires long hours at a desk in front of a computer. I frequently had lower back pain. I had trouble bending, doing activities that required leaning over a bit. Sometimes I had days of constant pain and stiffness. After learning and performing core strengthening and stretching exercises, I am much better. It is not perfect, but I learned to change some things with how I work and if I manage my day better, my pain is also better. With continuing with the exercises I learned, I think I will continue making progress.
