Going into her senior year of High School, Amy knew she wanted to work in the healthcare field. Having always been interested in the body and how it works, physical therapy seemed to be the perfect fit. Amy loves getting to know all her patients and forming a relationship of trust with them. She likes using her patient’s success stories to help future patients see there is a road to recovery. Amy Wehrs is a local product having grown up in Hampshire. Amy played Volleyball at the University of Kansas and moved on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Amy’s goal is to continue to grow her knowledge and experience of physical therapy creating an expertise that will help more people in more ways.
