“Josie” has been with Diamond since 2007 and is responsible for all activities that have to do with billing and insurance. She has been working in medical billing for over 20 years and has the knowledge to help anyone understand the never ending and confusing rules of the health insurance world. Her biggest wins are just that, helping people understand that there is a way to get the help they need. Josie loves reading and rips through books at the pace of one per week. When she’s not reading she loves spending time with her kids at the movies, going out to fun places to eat and watching all their sporting events. “I love working at Diamond because we are very organized and that keeps clients form being confused. It is also such a warm family environment we have for staff and clients, it’s easy to come to work every day.”
